This policy describes how Everygen AI ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit everygens.com, sign in, buy credits, upload a reference, or generate a video or image. Everygen AI is an independent service and is not operated or endorsed by a model provider.
For a privacy request, email support@everygens.com from the address connected to your account.
We may receive:
Do not place sensitive or unnecessary personal information in a prompt or upload.
We use information to authenticate accounts, operate generation workflows, calculate and settle credits, store available outputs, prevent abuse, process payments, answer support requests, measure product performance, enforce our terms, and meet legal obligations.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract, legitimate interests such as security and product improvement, legal obligations, or consent. Consent can be withdrawn for future processing.
The prompt, selected controls, and required reference media are sent to the processing systems used for the chosen workflow so the selected model can produce an output.
Uploads and outputs may be copied to Cloudflare R2 so they can be displayed or downloaded. Generation records are stored in Cloudflare D1. Saved generations have no fixed availability deadline imposed by the application. This is not a guarantee of permanent file storage; keep a local copy of important work. Security, billing, fraud-prevention, backup, and legal records may remain longer when reasonably required.
We do not sell private prompts, uploads, or generated files, and we do not turn them into public gallery content without a separate action or permission.
We share only the information reasonably needed by services that support:
We may also disclose information when law requires it, to protect people or the service, during a business transaction, or at your direction.
Everygen AI uses essential storage for sessions, account security, payment flow, and abuse prevention. When analytics is permitted, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may receive page, device, referral, event, cookie, or similar data. See the Cookie Policy for categories and controls.
For account-source attribution, a signed first-party cookie can retain a source label for up to 24 hours across navigation and sign-in redirects. It contains no account identifier or browsing history, does not require Google Analytics, and is not set or read when a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track opt-out header is present. The resulting account metadata is available only to authorized administrators and is deleted with the account.
We use encrypted transport, access controls, scoped credentials, platform security features, and operational logging. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
We and our service partners may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on contractual or other lawful transfer safeguards.
Depending on your location, you may ask to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information. You can also manage cookies through browser or account controls and complain to a relevant data-protection authority.
We may verify your identity before acting on a request. Some transaction, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records cannot be deleted immediately.
Everygen AI is for people who are at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Contact us if you believe a child submitted personal information.
We may revise this policy as the service, supporting technology, or law changes. The date at the top identifies the current version, and we will provide additional notice when required.
