What can the welcome credits cover?
A practical starting point is the AI image generator. Choose a model, output size and image count, then compare the live estimate with your available balance. A welcome gift does not automatically cover every configuration.
Model pricing can change. Read the estimate beside the generate button after setting all the options, and check it again if you change them. The estimate shown before you submit is the relevant figure for that request.
For a first image, use a simple brief that is easy to judge:

Does the welcome gift cover a video?
Compare the selected video’s live estimate with your available balance. Studio and Ads use the same Everygen account balance, while costs depend on the chosen model, duration, resolution and input type. Reference video or additional options can also affect the estimate.
Open Everygen Studio, select a mode and model, and set up the clip you want. Changing modes can reset the model or resolution, so check both again before reading the quote.
If the estimate exceeds your balance, you can choose another supported configuration, change settings that suit your project, or review the current purchase options. Recheck the updated estimate before submitting. Having welcome credits alone does not establish that a particular video is covered.
How to start without paying first
- Create an account on Everygens.com. Follow the verification steps shown by the sign-up flow.
- Check whether the gift was granted. Eligibility matters; do not assume that every new email address receives another gift.

When do you need to pay?
You need additional credits when a generation costs more than your available balance. You also need a completed purchase to unlock video downloads, even if a video was generated using previously granted credits.
For an occasional project, look at One-time on the pricing page. A credit pack has no recurring billing and also unlocks video downloads. For regular work, a subscription provides a recurring credit allocation. Studio and Ads do not require separate subscriptions.

Downloading and generating are different: purchase history can unlock downloads, while every new generation still needs enough unexpired credits. Check current pack sizes, prices and checkout terms before choosing.
Questions worth checking before you generate
Is this an unlimited free video generator?
No. Welcome credits are limited, and each generation has its own estimate. Check the available balance before each request; the welcome gift is not a recurring free allowance.
What happens if a video generation fails?
The video workflow returns the credits charged for a task when it is finalized as failed. A task that is still processing, or a temporary status-check error, is not yet a confirmed failure. Check your task and credit history before submitting again; contact support if a failed task’s refund is missing. A completed video you dislike is not the same as a failed task.
Are all downloads guaranteed to be watermark-free?
A paid download entitlement alone is not a blanket guarantee about every model’s watermark or output characteristics. Review the selected model’s information and the actual file before using it.
